Can you still get parts for an old Kelvinator fridge?+
Yes. The thermostats, relays, overloads, gaskets and compressors used on these fridges are generic refrigeration parts that are still made. The only part that can be a problem is a leaking evaporator on a very old model.
My Kelvinator still runs on old gas. Can you regas it?+
Yes. Systems converted to R134a or a drop in refrigerant are recharged with the same gas. If the system is still on its original R12 we discuss the options with you, because R12 is no longer available.
